Welcome to Campus Edition 8!

CE 8 is the latest version of WebCT; it replaces version 6.2 and is the official course management system (CMS) at Wilkes University as of Summer 2007. If you are logging in to this server for the first time, it is recommended that you perform a browser check to see if your computer is properly configured.

Passwords expire every 180 days.

 

Please turn off your pop-up blocker while using the CMS. This system sometimes uses small browser windows to deliver requested content. Some pop-up blockers incorrectly interpret these small windows as pop-ups and block them. After logging in to the CMS, you will be prompted to accept a java security certificate. You must click yes or always to ensure java functionality in your browser.

 

Troubleshooting & Technical Support

Wilkes provides 24/7 support for CE 8. If you have any trouble with the system, contact the Help Desk. Dial: x HELP (or x 4357) on campus, 408-4357 locally, or 1-866-264-1462 long distance. If a student, faculty or staff member, you may also submit a ticket online.

ITS eLearning offers several CE 8 and instructional technology workshops. Online tutorials are available to all faculty and staff engaged in online course work.
